Health and Safety

On behalf of the entire Antelope Valley Mazda Family, we hope that everyone is in good health during this trying time with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We want to assure everyone that the health and safety of our customers and our employees is always our most important priority.  We are closely monitoring the developments and will provide you with any updates if our interactions and processes change to accommodate remote interactions with customers and partners.

As we continue to learn more about the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we focus on how it could affect our customers and employees.

In our dealership, we are following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and local health agencies for staying healthy.

Among other measures, throughout our organization, we have:
  • Instructed our employees to frequently wash their hands and to stay home if they feel sick
  • Encouraged social distancing and eliminated handshakes
  • Added new hand sanitizer stations throughout our stores
  • Increased the frequency of cleaning each day
  • Increased cleaning of high traffic areas, such as door handles, countertops, and restrooms
  • Cancelled large meetings and travel throughout our entire company
  • Instructed employees to follow all CDC guidelines and closely monitor their health

If you would rather not visit a store, or do not feel well, please visit our website to browse inventory, set an appointment, or chat with us. If you have any concerns about an existing sales or service appointment, we would be happy to reschedule; please contact the store or salesperson to do so. We also offer you the ability to avoid our dealership all-together and to complete your entire vehicle purchase online and to have your vehicle delivered directly to your home or office. Ask us for details.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and do all we can to protect you and our employees.

Thank you,
Douglas Killebrew | General Manager
